Refugee Festival Scotland 2017: Connect!

Refugee Festival Scotland’s programme for 2017 is out now!

The Festival runs from 20 June – 2 July and the theme is CONNECT.

We’re really glad to support the Festival again this year.

You can find the whole programme of events on the Scottish Refugee Council website.

We will be in Glasgow’s George Square at 11am on 20 June for the Solidarity Gathering on World Refugee Day.

Our Festival events this year are:

The Art of Connection – an Exhibition of Refugee Portraits by renowned Artist Hannah Rose Thomas , at the Scottish Parliament with a launch event on 21 June.  This event is in partnership with Interfaith Scotland.

Shoulder to Shoulder – an interfaith pilgrimage on Ben Ledi, the ‘Hill of God’ on the theme of sanctuary.  This will take place on Sunday 2 July and is organised in partnership with Christian Aid Scotland.
