Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Partnership

Renfrewshire Council is co-ordinating with neighbouring local authority areas East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde with the resettlement and integration of refugees. The Renfrewshire Refugee Support Group is chaired by the Bishop John Keenan of the Diocese of Paisley.


Engage Renfrewshire

Engage Renfrewshire is the local Third Sector Interface.  If you are interested in volunteering or finding out more about opportunities to link up locally, visit the Engage Renfrewshire website.

Offers of volunteering, help or assistance to support charity work or in the longer term to support refugees as they resettle in Renfrewshire can be registered through Engage Renfrewshire.  If you live in the Renfrewshire area you should contact Karen Miller, Volunteer Development Officer, Engage Renfrewshire on 0141 887 7707, kmiller@engagerenfrewshire.com or contact her on Twitter if you would like to express an interest volunteering. You will be asked to complete and return a volunteer registration form and subsequently referred to specific volunteer opportunities.


There is currently no City of Sanctuary group in Renfrewshire.  If you would be interested in forming a group please let us know to see if we can help.
